Lobby access will open May 26 with restrictions

Dear Member,

With COVID-19 restrictions being lifted, we are pleased to announce the reopening of our lobby, effective Tuesday May 26, 2020. To best serve you, and keep everyone safe, we have implemented several changes for in-person transactions.

ADJUSTED LOBBY HOURS:

SENIORS 60+ YEARS OF AGE OR HIGH-RISK MEMBERS ONLY
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

ALL OTHERS
Monday - Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

DRIVE THRU (ALL MEMBERS)
Monday - Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

New Lobby Entrance/Exits
Our Entrance Only will be the side entrance with the handicap ramp. Our Exit Only will be the front door

Lobby Capacity
We will be limiting the number of members in the lobby at one time. We encourage you to make appointments for loans or documents you need to sign.

Only the member that needs to conduct a transaction or sign documents should be coming in. For all others, we ask that you wait in your car.

Masks
You will see our staff wearing masks and we ask that you do the same. You may be asked to lower your mask briefly so we can verify your identity.

Social Distancing
We will be practicing social distancing.

  • We have marked our sidewalks and lobby in 6-foot increments.
  • We have installed plexiglass barriers on the teller line and around all member service desks.
  • We have increased sanitizing protocols, including disinfecting high contact surfaces frequently throughout the day.

  • Make loan/credit card payments
  • Pay your bills
  • Apply for loans
  • Order checks

3. Mobile Banking App – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - allows you to perform the following transactions from anywhere using your smart phone:

  • Check balances
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make loan/credit card payments
  • Deposit checks
  • Pay your bills

4. Web Signatures
Receive & sign loan documents via Doc-U-sign

5. Card Valet App – Gives you control of your debit card and allows you to:

  • Set-up alerts and get instant notifications for card activity
  • Shut off your card

6. Call Abby – our automated phone teller, available 24 hours a day, 7 day a week where you can perform the following transactions:

  • Check balances
  • Transfer funds between accounts

7. Debit Card

  • Allows you to make in-store or online purchases
  • Allows you to withdraw funds, transfer funds or check balances from your accounts using an ATM

9. Night Deposit Box

  • Drop endorsed checks in our Night Deposit Box for processing the next business day.
